How do I create my first contact?

Open Contacts, choose Add Contact, then enter the person or customer details. You can attach files, add notes, assign groups, and review event history from the contact details page.

How do I configure calendar availability?

Open Calendar Settings for a member calendar to manage general settings, services, weekly schedule, exceptions, holidays, disabled days, and available slots.

Can I invite team members?

Yes. Account owners and authorized members can invite people, assign permissions, and manage member status from the Members and Invitations workflows.

How do services work?

Services can be grouped into categories, ordered, priced, assigned durations, and connected to members for scheduling and calendar availability.

How are plans and limits controlled?

Plans are stored in the packages table. The active package controls limits such as members, contacts, facilities, locations, and events per day.

Can I manage multiple locations and facilities?

Yes. Add locations, create facilities under them, and enable calendars for facilities that need appointment scheduling.

What apps are available?

Penticks supports installable apps such as Services, Wallet System, Forms, and Fitness workflows, with access controlled by app installation and permissions.

Is my data protected?

Penticks uses authenticated API access, account permissions, file controls, and operational safeguards to protect account and customer data.
