By creating an account, accessing Penticks, or using any Penticks feature, you agree to these Terms of Service and any policies referenced here.

2. The Penticks Service

Penticks provides software for contacts, groups, calendars, appointments, services, locations, facilities, members, reports, apps, billing, files, notes, and related business workflows.

  • You are responsible for configuring your account and permissions correctly
  • You are responsible for the data you and your team add to the platform
  • Certain features may depend on your selected package, app installations, storage quota, or account permissions

3. Accounts and Access

You must provide accurate account information, keep credentials secure, and promptly update or revoke member access when your team changes.

  • Do not share login credentials or attempt unauthorized access
  • Use member permissions to limit access to appropriate modules
  • Notify Penticks if you suspect unauthorized account activity

4. Subscriptions, Plans, and Payments

Package prices, billing periods, limits, storage options, and recurring charges are managed through the Penticks billing system. Active package data shown on the website comes from the package database.

  • Paid plans are billed according to the package and billing period selected
  • Downgrades, upgrades, storage changes, invoices, and payment history are handled in account settings
  • Package limits may restrict members, contacts, locations, facilities, events per day, apps, or storage behavior

5. Acceptable Use

You may not use Penticks to violate law, infringe rights, send abusive content, compromise systems, or interfere with the service or other users.

  • Do not upload malicious files or unauthorized personal data
  • Do not bypass package limits, permissions, security controls, or billing flows
  • Do not use the platform for spam, fraud, or unlawful communications

6. Termination and Changes

We may suspend or terminate access for violations, security risks, non-payment, or misuse. We may update the service and these terms as the product evolves.
